Most engagements begin within two to three weeks of an intro call. If you're moving faster than that, say so. One slot is usually held open each quarter for teams that need to move now.

What does an engagement actually cost?

A Strategy Sprint is a fixed fee, quoted on the intro call. Embedded leadership is priced per day. Advisory calls are a flat monthly retainer. Nothing surprises you in writing.

Do you work with early-stage startups?

Sometimes, if you've found product-market fit and have someone running marketing day-to-day. Pre-PMF, you usually need a builder, not an advisor.

Are you a generalist or a specialist?

Generalist by trade, opinionated by experience. Most time has been in B2B, SaaS, e-commerce, finance, fintech, and startup teams. The diagnostic work travels well across sectors.

Will you sign an NDA before the call?

Happily. Send it through with the booking and it will be signed before the meeting. A standard mutual NDA usually covers the intro call.

Johannesburg and Knysna, working globally. Most engagements are remote-first; travel happens for kick-offs and quarterly working sessions where it makes sense. Time zones overlap well with anywhere from London to São Paulo, plus mornings into APAC.
